THE RULES OF THE QUILD
As a member of the Tampere Architecture Guild, you agree to comply with the guild’s rules. The rules apply to everyone. The rules are attached down below in Finnish.
When representing the Tampere Architecture Guild at the guild’s own Annual Ball or at the Annual Balls of other guilds, it is recommended to follow Annual Ball etiquette. Below you will find a summary of the etiquette guidelines as well as instructions for folding the guild ribbon.
However, do not be afraid of making mistakes — that is how one learns. The worst breach of etiquette is to point out others’ etiquette mistakes.
ANNUAL BALL ETIQUETTE
“…Ribbons are worn either full-length from the right shoulder to the left hip, or as a rosette on the right side of the chest. Ribbons are worn at formal occasions where academic decorations are used…”
