EQUALITY PLAN
TamArk´s Equality plan for 2025-2028 outlines how TamArk promotes and maintains equality in the guild's activities, and provides guidance on how to act in situations involving harassment.
We want to promote equality
According to the Equality Act (1325/2014), equality means that all people are equal and no one may be discriminated against on the basis of a reason related to the person. The realization of equality means that everyone should have the same opportunities to participate and be treated regardless of their background.
